 So far so good March 4, 2010
Works fine for me so far, never been able to charge to 100%, but battery holds charge ok - lasts for about 1.5 hr of normal use.
Good Battery March 2, 2010
At roughly one third the price of a factory replacement, this battery is a great bargain. It will be interesting to see if it lasts as long as the Dell part, but so far, so good. Battery life has been a few minutes less than the original, but this is to be expected as it is a slightly lower capacity. Overall, the difference is negligible. It fits well in my Latitude D820.
 Dell D820 Compatibility February 19, 2010
Battery was not compatible with my Dell D820 laptop. The battery would not take a charge. The OEM battery worked fine. Returned unit for a full refund.
Worked-but didn't last the year December 29, 2009
Purchased the battery in Nov 2008 and it worked as advertised for between 6 and 7 months. At that point it quickly lost the ability to hold a charge. It still works in that my laptop can run for about 15 minutes on the battery, however the battery has bottomed out and only accepts ~20% of the capacity it had when new.
My experience with original Dell batteries is that they last about 18 months, however the cost is much higher.

Worked for 6 weeks and then died. The product description says one year warranty but Amazon does not accept returns after 30 days, and there is no manufacturer information on the battery so it look like a total rip for me.
